Bent Myllerup is working as an independent consultant based in Denmark. He is certified as CSC as well as having a classic PMP certification from Project Management Institute and a Systemic Coach certification from the Attractor Systemic Institute in Denmark. He holds a Bachelor in Electronic Engineering combined with several courses in Engineering Business Administration. 

Bent is experienced in implementing Scrum as an internal and external coach, training Project Managers in agile approaches and doing teambuilding and individual coaching sessions. He has done several presentations on subjects as “Coaching Scrum Teams” at seminars and conferences in Scandinavia. 

He has more that 17 years of professional experience from the IT-industry, scaling from small garage companies to large CMMI level 5 companies. He has played nearly every role from junior developer to board member, giving him a broad experience and a large professional network. 

Bent’s work is highly grounded in the interpersonal parts of Scrum. From his Systemic Coach education he has gained experience and knowledge on how to form high-performing teams and he masters a variety of tools and exercises in order to support this transition.  

He is one of the co-founders of the official Scrum User Group in Denmark and has been acknowledge by Marquis Who’s Who in the World for his professional achievements.
