Andy Murthar has a background in Engineering Quality Control and Project Management (Lean, Kanban, JIT)

Andy moved into the IT Sector 17 years ago and progressed from Helpdesk retraining through to Network infrastructure Project Management and on to Software Development project management.

 Andy completed his CSM training in 2006 in Copenhagen with Jens Ostergaard and Jeff Sutherland.

 Andy introduced and implemented Agile with Scrum practices to the development environment of a large timeshare company between 2006/2009. During this time acceptance as CSP was attained. 

Andy Introduced and implemented Agile with Scrum into and Educational trust(SSAT) in early 2010.

Andy was ScrumMaster at Easyjet where he re-introduced the  Scrum framework and grew the development teams within a step change program with the aim of Easyjet becoming a centre of excellence in Scrum/XP practices.Working with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage and deliver Value driven product. 

Andy then became Scrummaster at Centrica working on £300m catalyst project to transition to Sap. The project incorporated 28 teams, some of which were offshore. Coaching Agile scaling at project level.

Andy is now Senior Coach at Credit Suisse involved in large process harmonisation project. Coaching, management and coaches in best practice value driven delivery.
