Mission: The project was aiming to develop an integration between the police operative planning system and an external suppliers human relations system. The project also involved migration of the platform from Unix to Linux and deployment of the systems in the whole police organization. Role: Jonatan was responsible for the implementation of agile methods in the project and worked as scrum master for a development team. He was also responsible for the coordination of the external supplier. Customer value: The project accomplished a more effective salary management process by decreasing manual work, a more homogenous system solution and a cost effective platform. Also, the development team and the system maintenance team involved gained from the tight cooperation which the agile methodology created by removing the barriers between requirement, development, test and system maintenance. The development team practiced Scrum while the system maintenance team practiced a more Kanban-like process with some Scrum elements.

Mission: The project goal was to develop and to pilot test a standardized system for communicating with reverse vending machines (RVM) in stores. The project developed a customized hardware to be connected to the RVM:s and handle the conversion and transmission of transactions to a server system via the stores network or mobile network (3G). The pilot ran on different stores and with different brands of RVM:s. Role: Jonatan acted as product owner and scrum master in this project. He also worked with traditional project management tasks such as procurement of consultancy services, mobile communication services and hardware. Jonatan was responsible for the requirements and the development of user stories. Customer value: This pilot project showed that it was technically possible to communicate with a large range of RVM:s of various age and brand in a standardized way.
