Angela Druckman is a Certified Scrum Trainer with more than eight years of experience in iterative software development, including four years working in a Scrum environment. Prior to joining Danube in October 2008, Druckman worked as senior project manager at Vertex Outsourcing in Seattle, where she helped clients improve business processes through Scrum.

 Working closely with customers from such diverse industries as academia, utilities, financial services, and consulting services on projects that ranged from small to multi-year, multi-million dollar initiatives, she has repeatedly helped teams surface and resolve organizational dysfunction through Scrum. As a CST, her passion is working with high performing teams to help them harness Scrum’s potential for streamlining effective development processes.
