Frank Lonczewski started his professional career at the Ruhr Universität Bochum, Germany as am employee of its scientific computer centre, followed by a term at the Compiler Construction Chair at the Department of Informatics of the Technische Universität München, Germany.
Afterwards, he joined the Kirchgruppe, the pioneer of digital television in the DACH countries as a software engineer and team leader. During this time, he already experienced several touch points with early agile software development methods.
After joining Deutsche Telekom AG in 2005, within the Product Management TV of its Products & Innovations branch he now is responsible for the TV Platforms and User Experience Aspects of Deutsche Telekom's (IP)TV product, codenamed Entertain. In this role, he remains to be committed to apply agile software development methods for the benefit of both the currently known and future Entertain product.
