Since 1997, Grant has been working as a software development and technology professional and executive with companies ranging in size from small web startups to global reach corporations. He has been implementing Agile development processes since 2004, with many different, even globally distributed teams. Grant is currently working as an Agile Management consultant at ThoughtWorks. He and his wife currently live in the San Francisco Bay area.
