Formerly, Group MI Manager for Zurich Insurance, I instigated a MBO of my department in 1999 to build a successful consultancy/software business which was acquired by Innovation Group in 2006.  I currently, have Global responsibility for the strategic development of Innovation Group's Business Intelligence product CLEAR.
