Teemu Hyyryläinen was born at 1976 and graduated at 2003 in M.Sc. (Eng) in the Tampere University of Technology, Finland. He has a long experience in software development in one of the leading agile software companies of Finland, Leanware Ltd. He started there as a software specialist in the year 2000 and worked as key account manager, project manager, business unit manager and development manager.

At the same time the company grew from 3-person start-up to a mid size star in finnish software industry with over 70 high skilled professionals. Being a part of the growth of that scale trained Teemu to handle customers and their needs as well as to lead different teams to develop Value to these customers with the whole great arsenal of software tools they delivered among the years. Most of the customer relationships were (and still are) more like long term companionships, partly based on the work Teemu has done while leading teams, units or the SW development process of the whole company.

Teemu is a warm, open and socially active scrum professional equipped with constant need to get the things work better and better in every level.
