I love devising solutions, engaging with colleagues and customers. Always positive and never accept no. I like to think that I am a 'can do' ‘bring people with you’ kind of guy. I do strive on pressure, challenges and thinking out of the box.

I am especially passionate about soft skills, personal performance and personal development. I want to get the most out of myself and help others to help themselves, the team and the operations. I am a NLP Practitioner and am working towards being an NLP Master Practitioner by December 2010.

Technically, I have lots of expertise with application development, application support, end to end streaming media technology, all aspects of web hosting, technical support, servers, mentoring and consultancy. I am passionate about excellence in technical support, customer satisfaction and service delivery. My technical skills are complimented by very developed soft skills coupled with highly positive engagement and delivery of all that I do.

I do believe it essential to have strong skills and abilities beyond one's area of expertise to demonstrate commitment, flexibility, desire, future value and willingness to learn and develop. I recently became Certified Scrum Master with this in mind. What next? and Why Not? appeal to me. ITIL certification is very important to me.
