Agile project management and sustainable business development and non-violent communication (NVC) are my favorite topics.

Since 2003 i had been working as a project manager and business developer for Sybit GmbH, now one of the main high-end CMS customization companies in Germany's media sector. Apart from projects in the media sector (e.g. for ARTE G.E.I.E.) i was involved in projects with customers like o2 Germany, Daimler AG and Deutscher Bundestag/Bundesrat (German Parliament).

I am keen on agile PM since 2008 and finally this has motivated me to run my own business working as a çonsultant + freelance agile project manager for customers located in Austria and Germany. Anyway customers on any other location of this beautiful planet are very welcome ;-)
