Normand Dupont.  I am working for La Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec since 1983.  I am working for the business solutions development department since 7 years.  Before I worked for the retail banking marketing department.  I obtain a master degre in Science in Geography at Montreal University in 1982.  During my studies and after, I worked as a consultant in marketing research and more specificly in location research for COGEM Inc.
