Randy Wilk - Currently Vice President of Wealth Management Services at FIS Canada, responsible for the development and delivery of Securities Order Management systems for the Retail Brokerage Industry.  At FIS Canada our team has made great strides in moving to become an Agile organziation with enormous success on several large projects.  I've been with FIS for over 10 years, having started as an Applications Architect, then moving on to Development Management and then into my current position.  Prior to FIS I spent a couple of years working as a Consultant for an IT Consulting company called LGS, and before that I worked for several years as a Software Architect for the Ontario Gaming and Lottery Corporation (OLGC).  In my earlier years I worked as a Software Engineer for a biomedical software company called Stellate Systems developing EEG recording and analysis software, and I worked on a project at Astral developing a digital audio editing suite for the film industry.  I have a Masters of Computer Science degree from McGill University, having also competed my undergraduate Joint Honours Bachelors Degree in Music Theory and Computer Science at McGill, and I hold the IEEE CSDP certficiation as a Certified Software Development Professional.  In my spare time I volunteer in competitive swimming and am certified as a Master Official in swimming working as a Referee.
