Marcelo Rondelli Brito lives in Porto Alegre - Brazil, where he works as consultant in leadership and agile management of IT projects through the use of Scrum and agile practices. He works with IT projects for more than 15 years, having already participated of different dimensions of lead time, target and investment projects, the most part of this projects he worked as project coordinator and project manager. About certifications, he is Project Manager Profissional by PMI since 2006, Certified Scrum Master/Certified Scrum Product Owner by ScrumAlliance and Certified COBIT Foundation by ISACA, besides having participated of several workshops and trainning about Information Tecnology and Business Managment. Throughtout his career, he worked for different companies such as K&D Logistics, CWI Software, Vonpar, Sonae Group, Procergs, Serpro/RS, Affinia Group Brazil, HP, Souza Cruz, Ferramentas Gerais and Orcangola.
