Bob Sarni is an Agile Organizational Change Coach, an Agile Mentor and Coach and a Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). He is focused on helping organizations realize maximum value on their investments by leveraging Agile methods and practices for product development. Bob’s expertise is in guiding enterprise transition and implementation of Agile’s values and principles. He has experience with large and small teams as well as entire enterprises in the Insurance, Finance, Trading, and Life Sciences sectors.
Bob is an Agile thought leader, coach, trainer and practitioner who is certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), a Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) and a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). He is currently a member of the program review committee for the 2010 Orlando Scrum Gathering. Bob was also a stage reviewer for the distributed development stage at Agile 2009, a member of the 2008 spring (Chicago) and fall (Stockholm) Scrum Gathering program review committees, as well as a member of the Scrum Alliance committee that developed the new Certified Scrum Coach certification program. Additionally, Bob is a reviewer of CSP, CSC and CST applications for the Scrum Alliance. |
