Bob Sarni is the Agile Practice Leader at CIBER, Inc (www.ciber.com), a pure-play international system integration consultancy with superior value-priced services and reliable delivery for both private and government sector clients. Bob provides guidance to the CIBER Agile consulting community and fills the role of Product Owner for CIBER’s enterprise Agile product backlog.  As the Agile Practice Leader, Bob is focused on creating maximum value for CIBER’s Agile community by partnering with stakeholders to ensure success while minimizing project risk. 

Bob is a project leadership professional with fifteen years experience in program and project leadership. He is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is also certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), and a Certified Scrum Coach (CSC). He is an active member of the Agile Project Leadership Network (APLN), the Agile Alliance, and the Scrum Alliance. Additionally, he was a member of the Scrum Alliance committee that developed the new certification for Certified Scrum Coaches.
