I am software engineering learner having very strong belief on agile principles; passionate about implementing SCRUM & XP practices, Have successfully transition many projects from traditional product development practices to follow agile product engineering practices around SCRUM & XP. I have a rich experience in Test automation engineering & am a certified (ISTQB) Test Manager.

In addition of implementing Agile Processes, I have a strong knowledge of software engineering tools i.e. have worked with number of Agile ALM solutions & hence have experience of successfully conducting platform advisories/assessment for various GlobalLogic partners.

Currently, I am working as full time Scrum Master/ Agile Coach for one of the most strategic initiative of developing an Agile ALM solution called Velocity Platform in GlobalLogic. This platform unites to deliver four key functional areas required for product engineering i.e. Requirement Management, Agile Project Management, Build & Test Management.
