Deepak Pratap is a project manager at Auckland City Council in New Zealand. I have implemented projects using structured and agile framework. I have been able to produce results by combining the two frameworks together to enable large corporates sign off processes to be adopted as well as delivering rapid results to the business owners. I would like to take this opportunity to learn more about scrum and also share ideas as to how I would like to apply it to significant ERP implementations.
