Brian Lin is an agile coach, trainer and practitioner. Brian started Taiwan scrum user group in 2011 with the goal to create a community of agile professionals in TAIWAN who have a platform to learn from each other. Since then, SCRUM TAIWAN user group hopefully grow to approximately 1,000 professionals interested in agile in the whole TW area .

Since 2010, Brian helps coach and deliver trainings and workshops to organizations through his company SJPM. He helps organizations with the successful adoption of agile processes ( mainly Scrum ) either on a corporate enterprise or team level. His training programs are characterized by a unique blend of knowledge transfer with hands-on work experience.
