Joe Badera, a CSM as of March 20, 2010, is looking forward to employing the Agile methodology on a team in the near future.

As a PMI-certified Project Manager, Joe has experience leading development teams and managing information technology solution projects. Most recently, he worked as a PM managing an IT infrastructure project to support a bank acquisition. Prior to that, Joe was an IBM PM (for over 10 years) where he implemented a variety of internal IT projects, effectively working with cross-functional teams and key project stakeholders.

Joe has managed teams (direct and indirect staff) developing a global resource management and decision support database application, delivering an in-house Web site and content management application, deploying customer support Web sites/applications, migrating 5000+ worldwide users to a corporate Learning Management System, leading the development and execution of plans to deliver over 300 global technical “hands on” training modules, developing technical training courses and other learning materials, performing IT compliance audits, and implementing an SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system with complex configurations.

Additionally, Joe has a strong IT foundation as a mainframe and client-server database/application development programmer and team leader (for over 10 years). He has conducted systems analysis, application design and development, unit/systems integration/user acceptance testing, customer delivery, and end-user training and support. Joe has implemented development process and methodology improvements to streamline development and improve quality and end-user satisfaction.
