Martin L. Harbolt, PMP, CSM
President and Chief Executive Officer

Martin currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Harbolt Consutling Services.  Martin brings extensive experience leveraging his knowledge and expertise in both Information Services and Project Management and is committed to personal involvement in exceeded each customer's needs.  Martin holds certifications from the Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional) and the Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master). 

Prior to Harbolt Consulting, Martin served as Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Education and Training, Information Services Manager, Program Manager and Project Manager.  His career responsibilities include the strategic management of Policies, Standards, Procedures, Vendor Relations and Systems Development.  He has also consulted major corporations with CMMI implementation and maintenance.  Currently leveraging his knowledge and expertise in both Information Services and Project Management.

Martin's background encompasses more than 27 years of experience specializing in information technology architecture, software development and project management.Environments serviced include high technology (I/T), fulfillment, health services, insurance and consulting industries.

Martin is a veteran of the United States Navy and holds a degree in Advanced Electronics.
