The department I'm working for is splitted in five Scrum Teams. For two teams I'm the Scrum Master. We have first connection points to other agile teams / departments. Synchronizing the teams and their sprints is part of my current job. For the Scrum Teams in our department I started to develop a Kanban approach to make the work visuable.

In a Scrum-Pilot Project I worked as Scrum Developer. I designed and implemented a Software used for work organization. With my team implementing - Testautomation - Continuous Integration was standard offset. During our team work we improved our Clean Coders Skill.
