I have been the Scrum Master for a team developing  a financial solution. We now have several customers using this solution, and I have now become the Product Owner for the solution.

Trifork is a Danish software solution, service, consulting and training company. Our focus are the public sector and the financial sector, were the financial sector is my responsibility.

We have a very dedicated focus on agility, especialy Scrum. All employed at Trifork (developers, management, sales force, ..) are Certified Scrum Masters.

Technical focus areas are Java, .NET and Ruby. The focus here is on object oriented diciplines, which in our opinion encapsulates all the hype in the IT world over the past 10-15 years.
