I'm a small town girl who's made it in the big city. I began my educational life in Italy, Texas then moved on to the huge metropolis in the Heart of Texas known as Waco. There I attended Baylor University receiving a BA of Journalism-Radio/TV. Through a bit of a circuitous route I landed in the Information Technology field receiving certifications in project management (PMP), Six Sigma (Master Six Sigma), and scrum practice (Scrum Practitioner). I've worked in many business areas including training, marketing, product management, consulting, project management, business analysis, support, human resources, and finance. I held these positions in the steel, transportation, medical and advertising industries. Now I am an independent consultant working directly with companies to improve their processes, enhance their marketing messages, implement revenue generating solutions, research potential markets, investigate competitors, drive critical projects and create strategic plans.
