Oladimeji (Dimeji) is a Principal consultant with LiquidHub, Wayne Pennsylvania; a consulting firm that provides consultancy and management services in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Financial and Insurance industries. He has been with LiquidHub for 4 years.
Scrum Master / Mentor / Coach
An experienced Scrum Master / Coach with over 8 years experience training, mentoring and guiding Agile teams from the initiation phase through delivery. Dimeji has worked successfully with companies who believe they are well versed and accepting of the guidelines, process and adjustments which Agile presents in its adoption, as well as with companies less accepting and more skeptical of the “silver bullet” solution which some believe Agile purports to be. In all instances, Dimeji has proven success across the various projects and delivered for the client(s) with aplomb and documented satisfaction
Product / Project Manager
An experienced Project Manager excelling in team oriented environments, with a proven track record of driving projects and programs to completion, on-time and under budget. He has shown the ability to lead projects comprising representatives from varied business units and across varied geographical regions, with success while adhering to requirements driven by customer focused interaction
Career
Dimeji began his post collegiate life as a QA resource for Siemens Medical Solutions and his progression has led him to be a QA lead, a Development lead, an Implementations Manager, and eventually a Project Manager and Scrum Master. With this deep experience in varied aspects of “delivery”, he brings a well rounded perspective to bear when it comes to moving himself, the team and the project / program to completion. This experience has served him well, allowing him to see and understand things from many angles and different points of view, which allows him to put forth out of the box solutions if and when the need arises
Raised in Lagos Nigeria, Dimeji now lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and two children. He is an avid reader, loves to swim, dislikes hiking but admires those who do. He also holds two medical device patents with the U.S patent office and one day hopes to write a book on his family life and experiences in Nigeria and emigrating to the U.S.
