Steve Berczuk has been developing software for over 19 years and is skilled at helping teams be more effective. He has worked introduced Scrum at both startups and larger, more established companies. In addition to the project management aspects of Scrum, Steve has coached teams in the engineering practices necessary to help teams deliver, including unit testing, build process, and continuous integration. Steve is the co-Author of the book Software Configuration Management Patterns, and is a recognized expert in configuration management for agile teams. Steve has a degree in Electrical Engineering from MIT and a Masters in Operations Research from Stanford.
