Thomas Wuttke, PMP, PMI-RMP, CSM has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe, Germany and has worked for more than 20 years on large IT integration projects in both the public and commercial sectors. He has intensive project and program management experience and has been a general manager and an executive sponsor.
In 1996 Thomas passed the IPMA level B certification, achieved the PMP credential and was one of the first PMI certified project managers in Germany. Thomas pioneered the German translation of the PMBOK® Guides before the PMI standard was available in its final form with 12 languages. He has published several articles as well as is the lead author of Das PMP-Examen, a book on preparing for the PMP@ Exam.
Due to a high demand in agile methods, Thomas passed the Scrum Master Process in early 2010 and combines agile and less-agile :-) project processes to a viable approach.
Thomas is a renowned and inspirational trainer, consultant, coach and speaker with assignments across Europe, China, Korea, Japan, India, Brazil and the United States. His favorite topics are aligning strategy with projects and programs, improving organizational maturity, introducing real and practical risk management, riding the waves of the cultural challenge and creating project management career ladders.
