Mathias Vikene, started his professional career in 1999, worked until 2006 as a freelancer projects as a project manager and developer in Germany providing project mangement, consulting and development services for corporations like Siemens, BMW, Vitra and government institutions. Mathias have been focusing on management and leadership roles since 2006. Worked for some of the largest media cooperations in Europe, being responsible for the conception, execution and operation of platforms in the web & online games area.
Believes and practices the fact that the individual and empowering of the team is more important that process and technology. Since his first contact with Scrum Mathias fully embraced agile values and was successful in introducing and practicing Scrum in large corporations.
