I have over 14 years of experience in Client Service, Account Management, Project Management and Analysis in a number of different sectors including International Banking and Finance, Fund Management and Insurance.
Experienced in delivering large and complex projects on time and budget using the latest in Agile development techniques I firmly believe in empowering teams to make decisions that drive success. To this end I am passionate about agile project management and agile delivery.
I stand behind the mantra of working smarter - not harder, hence my passion and enthusiasm for Agile. I have been actively using agile on various projects for a number of years and most recently have been an Agile coach in a highly skilled team supporting an Agile rollout in a major Aus/NZ financial corporation. This involved everything from meeting and workshop facilitation to executive and senior stakeholder training, Our focus was on both Agile Project Management and Agile delivery.
