Quality Assurance & Scrum Master for Distributed Agile SW Dev Scrum Teams In January 2010, I transitioned from my roles with Internet Truckstop partners (Real Time Freight, Udrove & Roady's) and was brought on board as QA within the Tech Department. I came to Internet Truckstop with over 10 years of experience in Sales management, operations and engineering in Telecommunication companies in the public and private sector of various sizes. As QA in the Tech Department, I am responsible for testing and highlighting any quality issues for review, directing the tech dedicated testers as well as coordinating the Tester Team’s efforts and working hand in hand with our Developers, Database Administrators, Operations, Stakeholders and Product Owner. I am the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) for our Distributed Agile Software Development Teams. I received my Agile/Scrum training from Mike Cohn, a founding member of the Scrum Alliance and the Agile Alliance. As Scrum Master, I strive to develop the Teams into High Performance Agile Teams focusing them toward value-driven development and support through facilitation & coaching the Team’s learning, project progress and team building.
