I am an enthusiastic and dedicated senior consultant with more than 12 years of working experience. I have worked on a great variety of web related projects in different industries. I completed my masters study, focusing on Organizational Change, at the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM). I have a passion for projects with a strong focus on the alignment of business processes and IT. During the past few years I have specialized in the use of new project management and (agile) software development methods. 

Since 2009 I have worked on an assignment implementing Scrum for the development of the Dutch national child care register.
