I’m managing the software development department at eBuddy. I work with the teams and try to facilitate a motivating, inspiring and fun environment to deliver quality software. Coaching 6 teams of total 30 developers. Lead the organization through an adoption of Agile software development Methodologies. Started with a team of 4 developers, using some XP practices, then as the team expanded, adopted the Scrum framework.
