Steve Force is a Senior Technical Project Manager (Microsoft, J2EE, and IBM) with over 25 years of progressive experience leading global business IT–enabled initiatives.  He earned the PMI PMP in 2002 and is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Six Sigma Green Belt, and is ITIL V3 certified.

 

Steve has led multiple engagements in multiple industry domains with cutting edge technology profiles in Microsoft .NET, JAVA, J2EE, and IBM mainframe platforms with multiple roles and responsibilities.  He is an experienced (certified) Project Manager/Certified ScrumMaster (PMP, CSM) with years of SDLC, waterfall, AGILE (scrum), and XP methodology-driven initiatives.

 

He is familiar with various modeling tools and techniques and uses them when required. These include RUP, VISIO, UML, and Model-Driven.

 

Steve has authored and published over 25 internationally distributed IT and technology-related articles, including in the July 2004 edition of Business Integration Journal (article on project portfolio management).
