Martin Goyette started as a Business Analist for Axon Integration & Development where he learned the true meaning of Scrum and Agile. Until then, he helped improving and deploying the methods across the company and their clients. He is interested in the missing product owner problematic and the traditionalist resistance.

Martin is at the very beginning of his journey and still, he has demonstrated his need to agilize the world, to teach and coach as many companies, teams and people as possible. Martin has been given many opportunities to demonstrate his leader skills and so far, he overcame all of them.
