Ottar Kvindesland has several years of project manager experience. He has a background in computer science but has later diversified to run project also in other diciplines involving oil and gas, learning systerms, medical training, medical device and simulation.

Ottar is now employed by Energreen AS where he holds a full time position as program and project manager using Scrum as one method of managing projects. Scrum is in particular very strong in bringing forward high quality concepts prior to involving large teams and substantial project costs and risks. Energreen has now established a subsidiary, Zeropex where Ottar holds the position as Head of Operations where a key element will be establishing a delivery office, an agile PMO enabeling the engineers to deliver high quality products and services at a very competitive cost.
