Florian Hawlitzek is working in the role of a Scrum Master since summer of 2008.

He has professional experience in agile development for serveral years. In 2008 he joined a project team developing a media asset management software. He successfully introduced Scrum in the consulting company and also convinced its main customer to switch to Scrum.

After that overwhelming start he worked in a project of a big insurance company together with experienced CSMs and introduced Scrum in a half-inferior medical accounting company. At this time he also passed the CSM exam and joined the ScrumAlliance.
