Jochen (Joe) Krebs, (www.jochenkrebs.com) is the founder of Incrementor (www.incrementor.com) and an active member in the agile alliance and the agile project leadership network where he spearheads the local chapter in NYC (http://www.aplnnyc.org) . He is a certified Scum master and author of two books, Agile Portfolio Management and the Rational Unified Process – Reference and Certification Guide. He holds his MSc  in Computing for Commerce and Industry at the Open University and teaches occassionally Project Management courses at New York University (NYU).
