Directs the activities of a 50+ on/off shore employee organization that is responsible for the performance of applications and project delivery enterprise-wide. Selected Accomplishments: • Acted as the program manager for the selection of a new enterprise business architecture. • Successfully implemented an upgrade of the corporate inventory, billing, and collections system (Fastrack) to support the Center of Medicaid and Medicare services mandated switch to the 5010 EDI format. • Successfully implemented enterprise wide system changes required to support the conversion of the core business to a prior-authorization process mandated by the Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services. • Successfully implemented a business intelligence solution to support the commercial insurance collections process. The solution allows for the identification of outstanding accounts receivable and categorizes accounts by insurance carrier creating a pipeline management tool by integrating internal billing, claims clearing house, and insurance carrier data. Sr Manager of Enterprise Architectural Services (2008 – 2011) Selected Accomplishments • Served as manager of PMO for the evaluation, selection, construction and implementation of the TotalView Sales Order Processing custom solution for cash sales that decreased maintenance costs by eliminating Microsoft Commerce Server and a disparate custom application (CashWeb). The solution added another critical element to the “TotalView” of the customer record. • Served as project manager for the evaluation, selection, construction and implementation of the MobileView warehouse management custom solution that decreased maintenance costs by eliminating Savant Warehouse Management system. • Served as project manager for the evaluation, selection, construction and implementation of the TotalView Fulfillment custom solution that decreased maintenance costs by eliminating a legacy disparate custom application. The solution added another critical element to the “TotalView” of the customer record. • Served as project manager for the evaluation, selection, construction and implementation of a new reporting environment that provided the business with a reporting solution that guaranteed a service level that would perform through month-end close. • Served as product owner for the evaluation, selection, and implementation of Rackspace Managed Hosting Services for corporate internet site that reduced page load times by over 50%. Because the customer demographic still has a large percentage of dial-up internet connections speed is critical to this key source of leads. • Served as project manager for the evaluation, selection, construction and implementation of the TotalView Sales Order Processing custom solution for service work orders that eliminated the disparate Microsoft Great Plains Service Work Order Module. The solution added another critical element to the “TotalView” of the customer record. • Served as project manager for the evaluation, identification, construction and implementation of the TotalView Sales Order Processing optimizations for cash sales that improved usability and added business process efficiencies by creating product catalog templates of the products most often sold for cash. • Served as project manager for the evaluation, selection, procurement and implementation of the Microsoft SharePoint ECM solution to replace the Hummingbird DM solution after it’s acquisition by OpenText to avoid an 18% increase in maintenance fees. • Served as the project manager for the evaluation, identification, construction and implementation of the enterprise wide system changes required to migrate the core business model from purchase to rental mandated by the Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services. Sr Manager of Project Management Office (2006 – 2008) Selected Accomplishments • Served as Project Manager for the evaluation, selection, procurement and implementation of the Microsoft SharePoint ECM solution for the corporate intranet that eliminated IT headcount by allowing content authors in business divisions to create, publish, and enable ad-hoc departmental business processes. • Served as Manager of PMO for the evaluation, selection, procurement and implementation of the Microsoft Reporting Services to reduce report creation costs by 50% by replacing Crystal Reports. • Served as Project Manager for the evaluation, selection, construction and implementation of the TotalView Sales Order Processing custom solution for reimbursable and managed care sales that increased revenue by enabling the business to upsell and cross-sell customer/patients based on medical conditions. Lead Systems Analyst (2002 – 2006) Selected Accomplishments • Served as Project Manager for the evaluation, selection, procurement and implementation of the Sonic Recruit SAAS (acquired by Taleo) solution that improved candidate selection and corporate reputation by eliminating spreadsheets and establishing a business process that ensured managers were seeing the right resumes and that the loop was closed with candidates that fell out of the hiring process. • Served as Project Manager for the evaluation, selection, procurement and implementation of Click2Learn (acquired by SumTotal) learning management solution that allowed the organization to ensure that it met regulatory training requirements by eliminating spreadsheets and Access databases. • Served as Project Manager for the evaluation, selection, procurement and implementation of the PeopleSoft HRMS, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor (acquired by Oracle) that reduced maintenance and support expenses by over 50% by replacing an overpriced legacy solution. • Served as Project Manager for the evaluation, selection, procurement and implementation of the Hummingbird (acquired by OpenText) Document Management and Kofax Ascent Image Capture to enable the core sales business processes to share patient records across departments by eliminating millions of pages of paper records.
