I am an Agile coach and trainer with experience in all manner of agile projects and adoption programs in many diverse locations. I have been writing software for decades, working in Agile environments for the past 5 years. I have been a player/coach in two prior environments, Microsoft and TeleAtlas.

I recently helped with the Certified Scrum Coach program effort.

I am teaching public and public CSM classes primarily in the Silicon Valley area though I travel to many other places.

My favorite agile coaching activity is training people in Test Driven Development and automated acceptance testing.
