I joined as a junior programer in Cognizant and worked for various projects in Banking and Financial Services sector. I took up various challenging projects and one of the first in my Compnay to adopt to SCRUM methodology for project execution ,where I led a team of 7 from offshore.I like to be challenged all the time. Cognizant have a very fine top-management and we in here enjoy a fantastic , open, friendly work culture. I have come a long way both in my professional and personal life here in Cognizant.
