I am an eager and driven ScrumMaster with a broad Java development / architect background. I have build a considerable amount of experience in the Scrum method and see myself therefore as a pragmatic, do-creative solution thinker. Like to build the bridges between business and IT and am the "well communicating nerd".

Completed my education in Business Information Technology at the University in Amsterdam. On completion of the education started working as a Java developer at ilionx for clients like NOC*NSF, Gamma and Aegon. Was also (part-time) responsible for the competence management Java / web at ilionx in the last 3 years there. With Aegon started using Scrum from the lead developer role and soon became a certified ScrumMaster. After that  mastered 2 teams for Ahold, developing the Appie app at IceMobile. In those projects Ifurther developed the ScrumMaster skills.
