Tom André Øverland has time of service in IT since 1987 and has worked on different technical platforms spanning from main frames to Windows, Web and .Net.

He has positioned roles as programmer, systems engineer, functional architect, advisor, test leader, team leader and department leader. At different companies Tom André has worked both on internal and external projects and with version based development, maintenance and deployment of software portfolios.

He has solid experience in a wide variety of development tools and databases naming Visual Studio.Net with C#/C, NUnit, Delphi/Delphi.Net, JavaScript/ASP/ASP.Net, Sybase SQL Anywhere, MySQL, InstallShield, XML, WCF, Chart Controls and Netbeans with JavaFX and GWT/Java as some of them.

Recently Tom André has also become a Certified Scrum Master.

Currently he is working as a systems engineer at the Oslo department of the IT consultant company Acando.
