Tom Anderson joined Bentley in 1993, and has since managed a variety of product-related responsibilities.  In his current role, he provides operational leadership for Bentley Software. The Software Operations group improves Bentley Software’s operational consistency and schedule predictability through best practices, analysis, and visibility.  This includes supervision of project management, product release, localization, licensing, development tools, and business administration.  Bentley follows an iterative development process based on the principles of Agile and Scrum and the majority of Bentley Software's 800 colleagues are assigned to one of more than 75 iterative development teams.  So compelling are these iterative development concepts, that Bentley has applied them to many non-development projects with successful results.
