Rick Yunker, Graduate of University of Evansville in 1980 with a BS degree in Civil Engineering, registered Professional Engineer with the State of Indiana. Worked four years for a Consulting Engineering firm as a Design/Construction Engineer. Next worked two and one half year for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, 1 1/2 years in Anadarko OK as a Road Design Engineer and 1 year as the Agency Road Engineer and Facility Administrator for the Hollywood FL agency. Started in 1985 with the Indiana Department of Transportation, formally Indiana State Highway Commission, as a Project Engineer, progressed up the chain of authority to an Area Engineer, Field Engineer in Construction and then to the Material Services Engineer. In 2006 move to Gainesville FL and started with Info Tech as a subject matter expert in the area of Materials Requirements, and Civil Rights and Labor Management. Will act as the Product Owner of the NGT Material application.
