Profile: Jim York
Jim York, co-founder of FoxHedge LTD, has 20+ years experience helping clients deliver results through a laser-like focus on their customers’ needs and continuous process improvement. As a Lean and Agile practioner, Jim has performed many roles including product manager, analyst, developer, tester, and project manager. He has educated dozens of teams in a variety of industries including financial services, media, and telecommunications in both the public and private sector.
In addition to public workshops, Jim blends his experience in Scrum, Agile Project Management, Lean Software Development, Extreme Programming, and traditional project management to deliver customized “just-in-time” training to executive and senior managers and their teams. Jim uses an engaging and entertaining approach in workshops to make the experience applicable, practical and most of all, sustainable.
