Venkat’s core focus has been in software product lifecycle management . His accomplishments include product evolution strategy and roadmaps, define product development approach, setup and lead teams, establish adaptive six sigma processes and  deliver on committments that have delighted customers across global markets. Venkat has worked directly with global customers at Lucent Technologies, AT&T, NTT-DoCoMo, Motorola, Nokia (Navteq) and 3 UK and Italy  and with in-house and vendor teams from Japan to Norway and Chicago to Brazil.

Venkat has Bachelors in Computer Science followed by MBA in Organization Development and Technology Management. He holds a Six Sigma Black Belt from American Society of Quality, a Certified Supply Chain Analyst and a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance. He has also completed the Chicago Deming Association-Six Sigma Masters Program.

Currently, Venkat is a consultant on process and project management on assignment with leading software company.
