· Trading of the IT solutions and services for the Document Management market.
· Lifecycle management of the Document Management System of the organization.
· Direct technological innovations, services innovations and business strategies for Document Management area.
· Assessment Process of projects in the Document Management System area through level 3 of CMMI-DEV and currently preparing for the level 5.
· Acting in the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) of MSA Infor and Spread with relevant involvement in the evolution of the corporate software development process.
· Mapping and understanding of the demands and needs in Document Management market propose evolution to the area.
· Bring new business opportunities in the projects under my management.
· Management of technical and professional evolution team of consultants.
· Disseminate and update the methodology for system implementation and project management for the Procwork Belo Horizonte regional.
Proven experience in consulting Document Management solutions, mapping requirements and identifying customers needs and proposing technical alternatives.
Experience at management of Oracle and SQL Server databases for the development environment.
Experience in the architecture definition, working as communication interface with key users.
