Ron Rosenblum is the Director of Technology Projects and Procurement at the State University of New York at Delhi, a small college within the SUNY system with a strong technology focus. Ron joined Delhi in 1986 and has served in a number of roles, including Systems Librarian, Acting Library Director and later founded the public computer and classroom technology support function for the IT department. 

Ron's backgound includes working as an R & D software engineer for Wang Laboratories and designing and publishing databases at his business Atlantic Indexing. Mr. Rosenblum holds a Master of Education degree in Instructional Media and Library Science from Utah State University in Logan and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of New Hampshire at Durham.
