Jim has been leading software development initiatives for more than fifteen years and has been using Agile techniques for more than ten. He has been in senior positions at companies like Intuit and BioWare with experience in web development, desktop shrinkwrap software and video game development.  Jim founded denovoPRO Consulting to focus on helping software development teams to transition to Agile development and to grow their Agile expertise. Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo, is a PMP as well as a Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Practitioner and Certified Hansoft Trainer. Jim is an active member in the Agile community, a proponent of Scrum and an enthusiastic leader, teacher and coach. Based in Canada, Jim provides service to clients in North America and Europe.
