Working with BBC World Service Future Media to deliver a number of projects and support the team's adoption of Scrum.
- Delivery of the revamped BBCArabic.com supporting a new tri-medial offering with the arrival of the brand new BBCArabic TV channel. I played the role of Scrum Master for this project.
- Delivery of an updated BBCPersian.com again incorporating a tri-medial offer, a brand new design and migration to a new version of their Topcat2 content management system. I played the role of Scrum Master for this project.
- Delivery of a programme of work to rapidly delivery a large number of the World Service language websites in the new 1024-wide design and onto a new content management system. I played the role of Scrum Master for both the overall programme (Scrum of Scrums) and Scrum Master for specific projects.
