Danielle is a Senior Manager in the Health Plans practice of Deloitte’s Healthcare & Government Consulting group. Danielle has over 18 years of consulting experience (beginning her career as a system developer designing developing and implementing manufacturing applications for the aerospace & defense industry, and serving thereafter in the roles of Team Lead, DBA, Architect, and Project Manager) focused on large scale systems integration, business process design, process improvement, healthcare operations, shared services assessment, design and implementations, and large/complex packaged systems implementations. She has led multi-steam programs and individual targeted projects and has solid international experience leading cross-national teams in the Far East (Japan, Korea, Indonesia) and Europe (France, Finland, Germany). She has budget development & management responsibilities (Earned Value Mgt).
Prior to joining IBM in August of 2011, Danielle was a Senior Manager in BearingPoint’s Public Services Healthcare practice for four years leading projects in the Health Plans and Federal Healthcare industries. Prior to joining BearingPoint in May of 2005, Danielle was the Program Manager for a very successful Six Sigma initiative at Gambro Healthcare implementing process change and technology upgrades for the world’s second largest kidney dialysis operation consisting of over 590 clinics nationwide. Prior to Gambro Healthcare, Danielle was a Principal at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and dbIntellect Technologies, a wholly owned division of EDS, leading very large scale systems integration and process improvement projects for major Fortune 500 clients domestically, in the Far East, and in Europe. Danielle also ran her own management consulting business for a number of years focusing on system integration and business intelligence applications development and deployment for municipalities, telecommunications, financial services, and healthcare organizations. Her diverse business and technical background, coupled with program and project management expertise, experience on large-scale system integration projects, and her understanding of the unique aspects of providing services for multiple industry sectors provides a unique set of skills and experiences.
